Membership

1.1. To become a member of Onx Experience, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

1.2. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership details, including your login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your membership account.

1.3. Onx Experience reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time without notice if you breach these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activities.

 

Travel Bookings

2.1. Onx Experience provides a platform for members to access travel-related services, such as booking adventure trips and experiences. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers.

2.2. You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your travel bookings, including travel dates, participant names, and payment details.

2.3. Onx Experience acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any errors, delays, cancellations, or changes in travel arrangements made by the travel suppliers.

2.4. You will be required to pay a deposit of £300 per person to secure your holiday unless you book within 12 weeks of departure in which case full payment is required. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

2.5. Payment for travel bookings is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by the travel supplier. Onx Experience may charge a service fee for certain bookings.

2.6. Cancellation and refund policies for travel bookings are determined by the respective travel suppliers and may vary. Onx Experience is not responsible for any cancellations, refunds, or disputes related to travel bookings.

 

Travel Insurance

3.1. Onx Experience strongly recommends that all members obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

3.2. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy, including coverage, limitations, and exclusions.

 

Travel Documents and Requirements

4.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for your travel destination(s).

4.2. Onx Experience is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or losses resulting from your failure to comply with travel document requirements or for any changes in travel regulations or entry restrictions imposed by authorities.

 

Liability and Indemnity

5.1. Onx Experience is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of your use of its services, including but not limited to travel bookings, travel arrangements, or travel-related services.

5.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onx Experience and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions, your use of the services, or your acts or omissions during travel.

 

Changes and Termination

6.1. Onx Experience reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate its services, including these terms and conditions, at any time without notice.

6.2. Onx Experience may also terminate your membership and access to its services at any time for any reason, without liability or obligation.

 

Intellectual Property

7.1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, displayed on the Onx Experience website and mobile app are owned by or licensed to Onx Experience.

7.2. You are not permitted to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any intellectual property belonging to Onx Experience without its prior written consent.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

8.2. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms and conditions or the services provided by Onx Experience shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
