We strive to make the payment process for your holiday as convenient and straightforward as possible. Once you have selected your preferred travel experience, you can proceed to the payment section on our secure website. We offer multiple payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. If you prefer, you can also opt make payments by bank transfer.

Can I pay for the holiday in instalments?

Once you have paid the deposit for your travel experience. you will receive access to ONX Eperience's Customer Payment portal. Here you will have the ability to see your account summary and make regular payments.

Please Note: Final payment is due 10 weeks before the date of your travel experience.

What is the policy if a trip is cancelled?

In the unlikely event that Onx Experience has to cancel a trip, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the following options:

Full Refund – You will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Trip Credit – You may opt to receive a credit towards a future Onx Experience trip of your choice.
Alternative Trip Option – If available, we can offer you the opportunity to transfer your booking to a similar trip at no additional cost.

We understand that cancellations can be disappointing, and we are committed to handling them transparently and fairly. Please note that we are not responsible for costs incurred outside of the booking (e.g. personal flights, insurance, or visa fees), so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

For rooming, we will partner you with someone of the same sex.
