How do I pay for the holiday?We strive to make the payment process for your holiday as convenient and straightforward as possible. Once you have selected your preferred travel experience, you can proceed to the payment section on our secure website. We offer multiple payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. If you prefer, you can also opt make payments by bank transfer.

Can I pay for the holiday in instalments?Once you have paid the deposit for your travel experience. you will receive access to ONX Eperience's Customer Payment portal. Here you will have the ability to see your account summary and make regular payments. Please Note: Final payment is due 10 weeks before the date of your travel experience.

Is my deposit refundable?At Onx Experience, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, our non-refundable deposit policy is designed to be fair while also ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality events and travel experiences. What is the policy if a trip is cancelled?In the unlikely event that Onx Experience has to cancel a trip, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the following options: Full Refund – You will receive a full refund of any payments made. Trip Credit – You may opt to receive a credit towards a future Onx Experience trip of your choice. Alternative Trip Option – If available, we can offer you the opportunity to transfer your booking to a similar trip at no additional cost. We understand that cancellations can be disappointing, and we are committed to handling them transparently and fairly. Please note that we are not responsible for costs incurred outside of the booking (e.g. personal flights, insurance, or visa fees), so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

What is the typical group size for each trip?Apart from a cruise or skiing, our maximum will be approximately 36 members.

Will I receive a detailed itinerary before departure?Yes, absolutely. All guests will receive a detailed itinerary well in advance of the trip. This includes day-by-day activities, accommodation details, internal transport arrangements, and key timings. You'll also be informed about any optional excursions, free time, and important things to pack or prepare. We want you to feel confident and fully prepared - so we make sure everything you need to know is clearly outlined before you travel.

I am a solo traveller.Onx Experience welcomes solo travellers with open arms. Our travel club is designed to create a community vibe, so even if you come alone, you'll never feel lonely. Many of our members join trips alone and leave with new friendships. Whether you're looking to explore a new destination, indulge in local culture, or simply relax, we guarantee a comprehensive and enriching experience for all our travellers. For rooming, we will partner you with someone of the same sex.

When booking your trip, you can choose a single person supplement, allowing you to have your own space throughout the journey. This option caters to those who prefer solitude or require a private environment for rest and relaxation. There is an additional cost for this.
